Town Green Status for Brewery Field – Public Inquiry Set for 19th Feb

Notice is hereby given that an Inspector, Mr Paul Wilmshurst has been appointed to determine the application by Mr T Monaghan of 19 Admiral’s Court, Bridgwater and Ms P Walsh of 16 Admiral’s Court, Bridgwater to register land known as Brewery Field, Bridgwater (a plan of which can be inspected as detailed below) as a Town Green pursuant to Section 15 of the Commons Act 2006.

He will attend at Bridgwater Pantomime Hall, Dingly Lane, 32 Wembdon Road, Bridgwater, TA6 7DW on Tuesday 19 February 2013 at 10.00 am to hold a public inquiry into the application. All persons who wish to give evidence at the Public Inquiry should attend to do so on that date.

The Public Inquiry will be held for the purpose of enabling the Inspector to prepare a report for the Commons Registration Authority as to whether the land should be registered as a Town Green.

Any person wishing to view the application in this case may do so by appointment at the following office: Rights of Way, Somerset County Council, Sixth Floor, C Block, County Hall, Taunton, TA1 4DY from 9.30 – 4.30 Monday to Friday (reference RW/CLR/VG14/LOS).
